The authentic range includes a versatile One for All Sauce which is excellent as a flavoursome base to any Asian recipe. The Chef Sham best selling balsamic jelly is extra special when served with cheese or used a salad dressing. Other Chef Sham sauces are just as special – Chilli Ketchup, Sweet Chilli Sauce and Tomato Chilli Chutney create the foundation for superb chicken, fish and vegetarian dishes. Chef Sham’s fresh Sundried Tomato Paste and Basil Pesto are the most delicious dips for fresh bread or add to butter to create a flavoursome dressing for your steak.
